Rainbow Candy Cane is an item handed out during the Wintersday 2006 special event.
Double-click to give your party a 5% morale boost. This morale boost does not cause skills to instantly recharge. This item cannot be used in PvP.
This item is obtained randomly in wintersday gifts assigned to you when the winning avatar, Grenth or Dwayna, has been determined. At that point, a large number of Wintersday gifts rain from the sky, and you must hunt down the ones assigned to your character. The rainbow candy canes are rather uncommon.
