Description

Located high above the banks of the Elon River, the Refuge is used by the nearby villagers and workers as a temporary camp. When the Elon River overflows its banks every spring to give life back to the fertile plains, the residents of the surrounding area retreat here until the floods have subsided and the land is restored once more.

Getting there

Follow and complete the quest To Kill a Demon, obtained from the Master of Whispers, will lead here.

Rilohn Refuge is located to the north of the Floodplain of Mahnkelon. Head out from Kodonur Crossroads and travel north, veering slightly to the east.

• You can actually skip this mission if you take the popular nightfall run, Vabbi Tour, and have unlocked Rilohn Refuge and Moddok crevice(the next mission) through that run. Be sure to pick Margrid the sly as your hero.
