A Mesmer focus shaped like a red rose, given as part of the quest reward for "Fire and Pain."

- Energy +12 (Requires 9 Fast Casting)
- Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
- Health +30

- It cannot be replicated as the HCT mod does not exist as a focus Inscription.
