Royal Guard Zendeh can be found during the Tihark Orchard (mission).
He is one of the bodyguards of Prince Mehtu the Wise.

"I am Zendeh, a member of Mehtu the Wise's elite royal guard. Be foolish enough to draw your weapon near the prince and it will be the last move you make. Do not make eyes at Tahlkora, the prince's daughter, either. You are not worthy to gaze upon the like of her."
When asked about Prince Mehtu:
- "The prince is something of a scholar, not a fighting man. I've served thougher men before, but few paid better than Prince Mehtu. He's a good man who shows genuine concern for his people, especially that daughter of his. Despite his best intentions, the prince is reluctant to take action. Perhaps he's concerned about criticism."
