Rune Traders are NPCs that can be found in every city post-Searing. They sell all sorts of Runes, unless they are currently sold out on a certain Rune due to high demand. They also buy all kinds of Runes, unless they are overstocked on a certain Rune due to high supply. Like all specialized Traders, their buying and selling prices are dynamically generated according to supply and demand.
