Poisoned Outcrops
You can farm Sandblasted Lodestones just north of the Lair of the Forgotten.

Farming in Shattered Ravines

The Shattered Ravines
Basically follow the sulfur path to the immediate west once you leave the Lair heading south, then use the wurms to kill everything in the sulfur in this area. Try a 4 man team in NM, but watch for undead aggro, it tends to happen at the junctions in the sulfur roads.
