- This skill is much more useful defensively than offensively due to its touch range.
- Combines well with skills which transfer conditions, such as Plague Touch, Plague Sending, and Epidemic.
- Also combines well with Signet of Malice.
- It is more beneficial to casters than it is to attackers.
- Very effective on a D/Me or Me/D with Sand Shards.
- Inflicts the longest duration of Blinding than any other skill in the game (Dispite Blinding you)
