Description

Soul Vortex is a monster skill used only by the Lich Lord. It will summon wisp-like floating "lights" that will chase and randomly teleport any creature (player or foe, even the Lich Lord himself) into the nearby lava. It is not the spell itself that inflicts damage but the lava, which will cause the player to be crippled and burning. Using interruption skills can avoid annoyance.

Floating lights summoned by the Soul Vortex cannot be targeted by players but they can be damaged by skills not targeted directly at them (such as Barrage or area-of-effect spells). On the other hand, henchmen and heroes are allowed to target the lights, and they will attack them when they drift too close (approximately within melee range).
