A spirit spammer is typically a primary Ritualist, although secondary ritualists can be found also. They create many spirits in order to greatly disadvantage oncoming mobs and players. They are more common in PvP than in PvE, and are great assets to any team. This can also be used effectively by Rangers due to their Expertise bonus.
