Concise: Deals 7...91...112 fire damage. Inflicts Burning (1...3...4 seconds). Gain 2 Energy for each foe struck. Also hits foes in the area.
The extra energy loss will not put your energy into the negatives, is only incurred once no matter how many enemies are hit, and is not affected by attunements.
Often used together with Shadow Step abilities to deal out large amounts of PBAoE damage quickly.
