- Can be used in conjunction with Ward Against Elements, Mantra of Earth, Elemental Resistance and Earthbound Insignias or Geomancer Insignias to reduce damage taken from attacks. Mantra of Earth or Storm Chaser would also provide energy per hit.
- When used with another skill that changes damage type (such as Winter), whichever was activated last will take precedence.
