- Halves skill recharge of <Attribute> spells (Chance: 20%)

The stats of any of the unique Straw Effigies can be fully replicated (not including the skin) with the following:
- An inscribable focus of the appropriate attribute crafted by Hadusi in Kodonur Crossroads, Tehshan in Barbarous Shore, Asa in Sifhalla or Soros in Gadd's Encampment, or a PvP focus, upgraded with:
- A perfect (20%) "Forget Me Not" Inscription.
- A perfect (+30) Focus Core of Fortitude.
