General[ | ]
Suun, the Oracle of the Mists, is the custodian of Tahnnakai Temple and the leader of the Adepts serving at the temple. He resides in the humble slums of Nahpui Quarter. In the Nahpui Quarter mission, he gives directions to the players on how to become Weh no Su (or Closer to the Stars).
He can also be found in the Divine Path, where he will grant the players an Amulet of the Mists upon completion of the Imperial Sanctum mission (for the first time only).
Suun is apparently the leader of the Adepts.
Suun holds a lot of disdain for the Celestial Ministry for the way they have twisted the higher meaning of the Celestials to serve their bureaucracy.
Interestingly, according to the Japanese Guild Wars website, the head of the Celestial Ministry is known as the "Mist Oracle" or "Oracle of the Mists". Statements on the website can be interpreted as meaning either that Suun is the nominal head of the Celestial Ministry, but has become a powerless figurehead, or that the Celestial Bureaucracy is headed by a second, "false" Oracle of the Mists. Both possibilities are consistent with Suun's Disdain for the Ministry and his leadership of the Adepts.

Dialogue[ | ]
Upon completion of the Imperial Sanctum mission:
- "The world owes you a great debt, (character name). If Shiro had succeeded, far more than the safety of Cantha would have been in jeopardy. You have been playing a game of greater stakes than you could have imagined. Someday, perhaps you will understand the true magnitude of the deeds you have performed this day. Please, take this amulet as a reward. Should you wish to trade it, you may take it to any of my adepts, who will give you a fine item in return."
In the Divine Path:
- "It is an honor to meet you."
