This offhand [artifact] item has the same mods as the ones that are in Maatu Keep that Honglei Sun [Weapons] give to you for some items and 5k, and people are selling it at like 35k, and they believe that people are going to buy that item for that kinda money. The focus items you can get at Honglei Sun have +30 Health (uncoditional), and this item has Health +45 (while enchanted), and that's quite a difference.
Especially since Eles are generally under at least one enchantment...
