Is there any area in particular to find these? Are there chests/enemies that are known to drop them?
I know that they can drop in the jade sea.

I just had one drop for me from a Wallow, in Pongmei Valley. This area might be added to the list. It was nearby the entrance to Boreas Seabed, but I couldn't enter because of my quest status. It dropped as apurple item, max damage, but subpar mods.````
Just found 1 form a kappa right outside gyala hatchery max, req 9 gold...pure crap stat not even an inheret mod:P well nvm they drop there 2.—Merry
