Communing or Communing Magic? — Skuld 04:37, 31 March 2006 (CST)

I thought it was communing. --Karlos 07:15, 31 March 2006 (CST)
Hmmm, the manual says "Communing" and "Spawning" --Karlos 07:16, 31 March 2006 (CST)

Casting symbol?[]

No casting symbol? --Armond Warblade Warrior(talk) 16:19, 13 May 2007 (CDT)

Needs a buff[]

Communing Magic is probably the most underused and underpowered Attribute in all Guild Wars. Not to mention that it lost a few elites that were moved to Restoration. Big Bow 16:38, 20 January 2009 (UTC)

Spiritspamming (rit) wouldn't be viable without Communing. I also think the EotN solo quests were designed with this attribute in mind. Entropy Sig (T/C) 06:42, 21 January 2009 (UTC)
Channeling spirits are better though. Signet of Spirits + Bloodsong + Vampirism + Painful Bond gives you huge firepower. I only use channeling for Anguish and Pain which also do big damage. The rest of the communing spirits are lame though: most of them have low damage, HUGE energy costs (dissonance) and lame damage. When you can get powerblasters like SoS, Spirits which have small and insignificant effects added to their attacks (such as enchant removal, blinding, or a very short period of interrupting) are redundant. Maybe if Anet buffed their attacks to make them do AoE effects? Then they'd be worth using, but their attacks only hit one person, and spirits rarely change targets leading to the shutdown of only 1 enemy, which is very lame for PvE.--81.158.56.216 15:45, October 14, 2009 (UTC)
