I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the naming convention with dagger skills: Black has bonuses on striking hexed foes, golden has bonuses when user is enchanted, fox attacks can't be 'evaded' or 'blocked', spider attacks poison, mantis attacks cripple, and lotus attacks gains energy when conditions are met. you forgot some, ox KD's target, falling means the target must be knockdowned, skull means inflict daze, trampling means target must be crippled and fang, with exception of fox fangs, means deep wound (Shadow Fang, Twisting Fangs and Golden Fang Strike)

Seeing as you obviously didn't notice the timestamp, Nightfall wasn't out when that guy made that comment, where HotO was the only one with Ox, Falling Spider was the only Falling one, Twisting Fangs and Fox Fangs were the only Fang ones (and had nothing to do with each other like you said). Also, Skull is only present in 1 assassin skill now ANYWAY, so it would hardly be correct to call that a pattern. Point is, when that comment was made, none of those had any recurrence, so you could hardly call it a pattern --Gimmethegepgun 01:50, April 4, 2010 (UTC)
