I created this guy because I was looking at the Kinetic Armor entry. I noticed that he wasn't on the list as a place that the skill could be acquired from. I looked at Tengsao and Mazzim, and did up this Dakk entry just the same.
Imagine my surprise when I found that Dakk does exist after all, down at the bottom of the really really long every trainer in the game list! So, I'm not sure if this page should really be here, but ... I don't know. I just copied the format that was already in place for Tengsao and Mazzim.

Buggy?[]
I have come to this guy thinking i could buy skills on occasion to find he doesnt offer the skill. One example i can remeber clearly was dolyaks signet.
