Budger Blackpowder and Damage to opponents[]
Shouldn't there be a mention of the only NPC that can give you an unlimited supply of these? Budger Blackpowder? Also, why doesn't it mention anything about it hurting opponents? I know for a fact that it doesn't hurt yourself, but if it's near bad guys it'll hurt them and make them burn. I don't know if they get hurt by the explosion, but I know they burn, I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it with my own eyes. In addition, we probably need to time the duration of the burn.
