- She does indeed seem to have the body/animations of an elementalist, but she isn't really "protecting" herself with the staff. That's just the elementalist animation for getting attacked. — Galil

- just keep in mind that elementalist bosses have been known to dance like a warrior so that might not be true.
She looks like an Avatar of Balthazar with those head spikes....

saying she uses light of dwayna is a random guess...she obviously isnt a party member so it couldnt activate
Technically she could be a party member (Ally) but since you're in a cutscene there is no way to tell.

- Allies aren't party members, i'm removing the thing about Light of Dwayna.
I'd just like to point out that the elementalist casting animations are the "default" for most female NPCs in Guild Wars (Corsair (Disguise) demonstrates this). As a result, you really can't rely on casting animations to tell you what class an NPC is. --Curse You
