What exactly makes it a new kind of tonic? As far as I know there's two kinds, the original kind and the everlasting kind. What is this "new kind"?

extremely rare ?

I think the statement extremely rare a bit overdone. The fact that I found 3 of those tonics this weekend by 'normal questing' and not even farming, would make me think so. I did Arachni's Haunt and then played for 3 hours afterwards and got no tonics. Arachni's Haunt is 400+ monsters all on its own. I'd say that they are pretty rare. — Powersurge360Violencia 16:14, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
