You can also reach this guy by leaving the Command Post, and heading due east (although you can aggro fewer mobs by initially wall hugging the northern side of Arkjok Ward). To me, this seems slighty easier than the current suggested route from Pogahan Passage which requires moving though a castle and area which are heavily infested with Kournan mobs. - In fairness, Anet do tend to use names that phonetically rather than literally similar :) Does this boss have any shouts or comments that might give better clues to the name inspiration? A quick google search shows that Kayin means "well known" in african and is also a state in Myanmar/Burma.
