A plant can't bleed, they don't have blood! Stupid Anet... —SigmA

Is that bleeding? Maybe anet should add a new condition, sapping? ShadyGuy 09:10, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

Iboga Root[]

Supposedly, the Iboga Root is a plant, but from what I can determine, it does not suffer additional damage from fire. Can anyone confirm this? Also, why isn't it in the Istan listing of plants? --Raj4h 21:16, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Maybe because considering their level, they might have 0 armor to everything? Anyway, to be certain if they're plants or not, check it with a Pruning mod and Wild Blow, though at that level Wild Blow probably is unnecessary anyway --Gimmethegepgun 21:27, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Wording?[]

I don't like the first sentence, saying "like real plants, they have reduced armor to yada yada yada". Real plants don't have armor, don't apply in-game terms to real life things.--Marcopolo47 signature new (Talk) (Contr.) 21:19, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Obviously, real plants use Stoneflesh Aura. --OrgXSignature 21:39, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

Fire Damage[]

In regard to plants having reduced armor against fire damage, that should apply to a fire mod on a weapon too, correct? I was swapping between two axes (Murakai's Reaver and Shon's Reaver) and using Wild Blow against some plants to test that out. Ignoring the occasional larger damage when the sundering mod on Murakai's would kick in, the two axes were consistently giving the same damage against the same plant foe when using Wild Blow. (Strength was 0.) What am I overlooking? Shadowlance 01:10, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Plants hate Slashing as well --Gimmethegepgun 01:16, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
Thanks. I hate it when I overlook stuff like that. It was right there in the article too. Shadowlance 02:05, November 11, 2009 (UTC)
