I've had this drop by Afflicted Elementalists. And and I've only seen it on the higher level (24) ones in the Sunjiang District mission - is that relevant?
I've had them drop by the afflicted on Shing Jea Island. Are those ones level 24? Chaos Wurm[]
A note that may be of interest: A level 30 Chaos Wurm dropped a Plagueborn Armor, Pulsating Growth, and Putrid Cyst for me in the Tombs. Has anyone else experienced this?
Monstrous Eye Salvage[]
Pulsating growth can salvage into Monstrous Eye...this may be very rare, but i just had it happen, so here's another way to get those eyes
