Did this happen to anyone else: I zone out before placing the very last candle cause I missed the brazier that was not in the poisoned water, realised I had to go back and do it, but upon reentering the Catacombs I discovered that the quest log had reset to 0/4 candles placed. I had only one more candle in my inventory, and therefore had to destroy that, abandon quest, and start again. Is this a bug?

:Probably just an omission by the quest designer to allow for what happens if a player rezones midway through the quest, a number of quests are like this, best done all in one go, but the tip about having to trash-can remaining candles and retaking the quest is probably worth noting (this being pre-sear, newcomers to the game might benefit from learning this). --Wolfie (talk|contribs) 22:18, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

Probably just an omission by the quest designer to allow for what happens if a player rezones midway through the quest, a number of quests are like this, best done all in one go, but the tip about having to trash-can remaining candles and retaking the quest is probably worth noting (this being pre-sear, newcomers to the game might benefit from learning this). --Wolfie Wolfie sig.jpg (talk|contribs) 22:18, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
