- Dont know how rare they are but I get them all the time farming Vabbi chests. I salvage all of them though trying to get rubies. Ive probably salvaged 20+ of these things and still no ruby. :( Gandorf 05:57, 23 February 2007 (CST)
- Yeah they cannot be rare, I too have gotten many from Vabbi chests and salvage them, no ruby either.

Crafting is just a matter of luck. Once I've salvaged 3 Ruby Daggers, all with "Measure for Measure" inscription and got Piles of Gliterring Dust, and today I inscribed found Ruby Maul with "Measure for Measure" and got 2 Rubies :)

I have salvaged 3 Ruby Mauls, all with Measure for Measure inscriptions on them. Twice, I've gotten Rubies (1 Ruby each salvage), once I've gotten 15 Granite slabs from one salvage. --InuCirrus
