I have heard that they fixed the glitch and the spirit now has to be touched. If anyone else can confirm this we can edit the page....

Not... really... Now the skill behaves even more oddly. It can be cast as long as an allied spirit is in range (slightly larger than the aggro circle). When cast without a spirit targetted, the skill destroys the spirit as long as it has one in range, BUT the heal only takes effect if the spirit is very close to the caster. The range seems somewhat larger than touch range. Using the skill with a spirit targetted causes the skill to behave as one would expect reading the description. You move to the spirit, it's destroyed, and the heal takes effect. 72.226.99.60 19:27, 23 August 2006 (CDT)

I've found when using it whilst targeting an enemy that I run to them and activate the skill :¬/ RossMM 04:55, 24 August 2006 (CDT)

I just did some testing with Spirit to Flesh and life. To get the effect of both heals, you have to either touch the spirit or touch yourself/ally/enemy that is "Nearby" the spirit. If you try to do it, "In the Area", you'll only get the effect of Life.

heal spirits?[]

It says "All nearby allies" not non-spirit allies. Not that it's always wise to bunch spirits up like this, but does it heal spirits? Strictly according to the definition, it should. --Mooseyfate 02:22, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

Spells targetting friendly spirits considered hostile[]

Just noticed this one while soloing: casting Spirit to Flesh on your own spirit is hostile act, which stops the natural regeneration outside of combat. Don't know if this applies other similiar skills. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 91.156.160.19 (contribs) .

Anyone casting spells on those considered "allies" rather than party members or pets will stop natural regen. Like those damned monks in FA at the green mine. They cast SoR on you to heal and it stops your natural regen, which often does more harm than good --Gimmethegepgun 18:52, July 2, 2010 (UTC)
