How come the Elite Sunspear Armor has no differnet picture to the normal sunspear armor for necromancer for surely the skin (you might call it) looks diferent between 1k and 15k armor? User:Ebil

- No, it is character-specific. Talking to a Hero Armor Crafter (e.g. Bahldasareh) will consume the armor item (e.g. Stolen Sunspear Armor) from your inventory, after you choose which hero will receive the upgrade. After that, the new armor will be available as an option for that hero whenever you talk to a hero armor crafter. —Dr Ishmael
