Tested: after completing Kodonur Crossroads (mission) and "only" Building the Base: Prisoners of War I still don't have this quest available to take. So the conclusion is: Kodonur Crossroads isn't the only requirement. Rafal 13:56, 10 January 2007 (CST)
- I checked for the quest, couldn't get it, then completed Building the Base: The Meeting (and not The Command Post) and it was available. Therefore this is definitely the missing requirement, so I added it to the page. RossMM 18:31, 24 February 2007 (CST)
