never heard this, can anyone point to an instance where this would be useful? my guild leader has a mesmer that's unlocked every skill, rune, outpost, modification, has 12M+ exp. and has never once used this term. --Honorable Sarah Honorable Icon 09:46, 24 July 2006 (CDT)

never heard of it. fully unlocked used more, no? — Skuld 10:34, 24 July 2006 (CDT)

UAX is significantly more popular with the PvP crowd - look at TGH, pretty much every thread there degenerates into a UAX/grind thread. --Lemming 16:38, 24 July 2006 (CDT)

"STFU" "Nub" and "Pwnz0red!" are more common with the PvP crowd too. documenting those next? --Honorable Sarah Honorable Icon 16:43, 24 July 2006 (CDT)
I have to point out that Newbie and Owned are documented here. :p --Lemming 16:52, 24 July 2006 (CDT)
This is quite commonly referred to in the PvP crowd, not as a name, but a state of the game for your account. In particular GvG and HA specific guilds refer to this (or 80% UAX for instance) when recruiting, etc. See also UAS. At TGH, they also refer to at least one BWE containing a button to UAS or UAX (although I don't know if the game used the shortened form ever). --Kryshnysh 17:28, 24 July 2006 (CDT)

Oppose Merge[]

Way back in January it was suggested to merge UAX with UAS. I really oppose that merge, and considering there's been no support for it, hopefully the tag can be removed soon. The terms are separate and distinct, though obviously related. I hear this term frequently. I believe even Gaile or a dev has publicly used UAX recently in describing PVP in GW2. — HarshLanguage HarshLanguage 06:35, 22 March 2007 (CDT)

That might have been Gaile in the thread on GuildWarsGuru. --Rollerzerris <!--Zerris--> 06:41, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
It's been a week since I brought it up, and the merge tag has been on there for nearly 3 months with no support voiced here, so I'm removing the merge tag. — HarshLanguage HarshLanguage 18:06, 28 March 2007 (CDT)

How Many unlocks[]

Approximately how many unlocks do you need to achieve UAX?

well, 35*6 + 30*6 + 75*2 + 25*8 + 75*2 = ~900 total skills, 3*10*4 =120 runes, upgrades, insignia... rough estimate, 1200-1300. --Honorable Sarah Honorable Icon 23:14, 26 March 2007 (CDT)
About 500k faction worth, if you do PvE and PvP unlocks. --Rollerzerris <!--Zerris--> 23:15, 26 March 2007 (CDT)
