50px was majorly distorting lists and such. This template is used for the small profession icons like , etc. (T/C) 13:02, 14 May 2006 (CDT)

Default

People have edited these templates twice to add an icon, but you can get any icon you want by using the parameter named default. For example, {{ProfessionIcon|default=[[Image:Mending.jpg]]}} produces . --Fyren 22:17, 17 May 2007 (CDT)

"Common" profession

Would there be any objections to adding...

|c|common=[[Image:Common-icon-small.png|Common]]

...to this this template? The intention would be to use in places like Quest articles where a skill reward is "common" across all professions (currently using {{x}} which has caused some comments / confusion). Since the page has been protected, am not able to effect the change myself, so will require someone with appropriate access to insert if there is general agreement. --Wolfie (talk|contribs) 03:01, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

PS: Similar changes should be applied to the Template:ProfessionIconLarge if going ahead with this to keep things consistant.

Have gone ahead and created Template:Common (modeled on the other Category:Templates/Profession icons, to highlight what am trying to achieve), but uncertain about creating "Template:C" (like there's a "Template:Warrior" and "Template:W"), think it better to just use {{common}} as {{c}} will just be confusing and the possibility of clashing with future professions.
