Notes
This skill is part of the special skill bar used during the Underworld portion of the quest Something Wicked This Way Comes for Halloween 2009 & 2010.
When this skill is used, your character shouts "The Mad King demands you let me pass with impunity!" and all affected foes become neutral NPCs for the duration. One very useful effect of this is that neutral NPCs do not body block, so that if you find yourself cornered by a mass of Smite Crawlers or some similar situation, you can use this skill to escape.
