Thunderfist's Brass Knuckles are a set of gold daggers obtained from Kilroy Stoneskin. Although their name would suggest otherwise, they are not a unique item.

Notes
- You can use them in the Dwarven Boxing to make +1 point more damage.
- These can be upgraded with weapon modifiers and inscriptions.
- These cannot be salvaged for crafting materials, but weapon modifiers added to the weapon can be salvaged off.
- Thunderfist's Brass Knuckles share the same skin as Brass Knuckles.
