Description

This staff, once known as a fourth skin of the Water Staff, drops in Elona and GW:EN and appears flat from the side, but from the top shows two crescents and a circle that have an extremely light blue water or ice design on them which can only be clearly made out in dim lighting

Location

Tidal Staves are the standard Water Magic staves offered by weaponsmiths and collectors in Elona. They are also found as random drops in Elona and in the Asuran and Charr territories in GW:EN.

Dye

Dye will change the color of the center part of the staff. The three circles will stay the same.
