Notes

• As of the May 24th, 2007 update, he can be used to spend your Tournament Reward Points on various armor and weapon skins.

• As of the December 7th 2007 update, he can be used to buy Zaishen Keys to open the Zaishen Chest in the Isle of the Nameless.

• As of the 13th November 2008 update, he can be found in all Alliance Battle outposts.
