Description
Tolkano is the tournament NPC. He can be used to register your account name for automated tournaments using the first dialog.
Location
He can be found in the Great Temple of Balthazar, the Hero Battles outpost, or in any Guild Hall.
Rewards

Also sells Tournament Tokens at a cost of 1,000 Balthazar Faction points.

Notes
- As of the May 24th, 2007 update, he can be used to spend your Tournament Reward Points on various armor and weapon skins.
- As of the December 7th 2007 update, he can be used to buy Zaishen Keys to unlock chests in the isle of the nameless.
