Description

Tolkano is the tournament NPC. He can be used to register your account name for automated tournaments using the first dialog.

Notes

As of the May 24th, 2007 update, he can be used to spend your Tournament Reward Points on various armor and weapon skins.

As of the December 7th 2007 update, he can be used to buy Zaishen Keys to open the Zaishen Chest in the Isle of the Nameless.

As of the 13th November 2008 update, he can be found in all Alliance Battle outposts.
