Description
Tolkano is the tournament NPC. He can be used to register your account name for ATS using the first dialogue.
Location
He can be found in the Great Temple of Balthazar, the Hero Battles outpost, or in any Guild Hall.
Rewards
See PvP rewards.
Also sells Tournament Tokens at a cost of 1000 Balthazar Faction
