- Spirit bond monk - drop sword points, with the higher armour and ripostes and shield of judgment etc that won't be able to be used a lot, plus if you have 9 swords and a +5e weapon it's doing such an sinsignificant amount of damage! Choose blessed signet and balthazar's spirit instead, nothing worse than running out of energy — Skuld 01:47, 14 September 2006 (CDT)
- Thanks for your input Skuld, I've been struggling with a couple optional skills to use on the 600 and have changed it several times in my head.. but just to clarify my thinking, the reason I am using swordsmanship and having it so high is to take more advantage of the fevered dreams aspect of the build, inflicting bleeding and deep wound on the enemy party for an extended period of time, and not for actual melee damage. I do agree that blessed signet would be a nice addition, and considered switching it for gash, but I thought that more time would be saved from the massive deep wound inflicted than from waiting for energy - especially with the necro having blood ritual. As for Balthazaurs spirit - the smiting monks runs that on the 600 (with 16 smiting) which is generally what will be giving the tank the adrenaline to be using the condition skills.
