Hola... nice design. Are you done working on this one? --Karlos 02:27, 23 May 2007 (CDT)

I've got six more titles to add, but the general design is done. I've added instructions on how to use this on one's own userpage. If you use the redirect method I describe, my adding more titles won't mess up anything you build with it. —Tanaric 03:15, 23 May 2007 (CDT)
The above comment is a complete fabrication -- if you built something on this via redirects, it's now broken. I split the title list generation bit into it's own template, so that even those who dislike the vertical character gallery format can use my title display code without any additional work. See User:Tanaric/TitleList for more details. —Tanaric 15:43, 23 May 2007 (CDT)

Much appreciated! —Tanaric 20:01, 24 May 2007 (CDT)

Very nice. TY ^_^ - Skakid9090 21:54, 6 June 2007 (CDT)

I updated this template and decommissioned User:Tanaric/Icon today. I don't think I broke anyone's implementation, but if I did, please let me know and I'll work to fix it. —Tanaric 18:51, 23 June 2007 (CDT)

Just a semantics issue, but you may want to replace the term "race" with "nationality" or a similar word, as "race" has different connotations attached to it in this context as it would elsewhere ("playable race", for example, describes a species that player characters can choose to be a part of). "Nationality" is much more fitting. I understand that "nationality" is a much longer word than "race", and that that may cause some problems for lazy users; however, the confusion likely to result from this template being expanded to take into account the playable races that will be implemented in GW:EN. This is, of course, only a suggestion, and I apologize if it has been at all long-winded and/or hard to read. -- Leopoldus von Habsburg-Lorraine 13:20, 3 July 2007 (CDT)

GW:EN does not add new races, so I don't see this being contentious. —Tanaric 14:21, 3 July 2007 (CDT)

fixes needed[edit source]

  • The character image needs to be protected by #ifexist
  • the template bleeds div tags, e.g. on User:Justin_mark_2003
