Walkthrough[ | ]
Start from D'Alessio Seaboard and circle around to the southwest corner of the map. Clear out any nearby groups before engaging Vakar, otherwise you are likely to get overwhelmed. Be careful when approaching Vakar as additional Peacekeepers will pop-up in the area.
