Warmaster Riga is an officer of the Ascalon Army. He is in charge of the defense against the Charr at the Frontier Gate.
He is also a merchant. Like all merchants, he buys and sells goods at a fixed price.

- "King Adelbern has seen fit to put this section of the Wall under my charge. By the gods, I mean to show my worthiness. The Charr will not breach this gate!"
- What lies north of the Wall?
- "Trouble, my friend. Trouble. The Frontier Gate used to connect the heart of Ascalon and those few settlements north of the Wall.
- Nothing has survived to the north, of course, but you can still follow the road to Surmia if you mean to search the ruins."
