Description
- Elementalist weapon that deals Cold damage and requires Water Magic.
Dying
When dyed, a water wand turns the opposite color of the color which it was dyed. For example, dying a water wand red will make it become blue. The only execption to this rule is silver dye, which will turn the Wand almost glowing white, with a silver grey shaft.
