Mission Text:
- "I need you speak with Ventari. He will not allow me into his refuge. It is a long story and I wish not to discuss it now. I know that he prefers to remain neutral, but the White Mantle and their masters are a threat to all Tyrians, not just Krytans, and not just humans. This is no mere civil war. There is much more at stake here than most of us know. More than we'd believe, I imagine.

Walkthrough
Ventari the centaur will not be cooperative, no matter what you try, so don't get frustrated. Just speak with him, head back to the outside and defeat the three small groups of White Mantle you'll find fighting with the Shining Blade. Shouldn't be too tough.
