Description
The Wicked Hat is a decidedly odd piece of armor headgear that is being distributed to users by the Mad King at the end of his visits to Kamadan During the Halloween 2006 event.
It has zero Armor and may not be dyed or salvaged, but it can have runes applied to it and it can be infused. Like all armor, it is automatically customized, so it cannot be used by other players. Females are black with a buckle, Male are Brown with a star and moon emblem.
While the Female hat is very witch-like in appearance, the Male hat is very similar to those worn by Black Mages in the Final Fantasy series of games, even down to the Star and Moon Emblem.
