General
Xunlai Agents are representatives of the Xunlai guild who allow players to open a storage account and gain access to the Vault Box.
For all further details about how the storage works, see: Vault Box.
Xunlai Agents are suffixed with "Storage" in-game and at least one of them be found in all staging areas (i.e. town, outpost, etc.) of the game (with the exception of the Pre-Searing region of Guild Wars Prophecies and Chahbek Village in Nightfall).
Quotes
Only those in Guild Wars Factions, randomly seen as players approach:
- "Crafting Material Storage is now available. Talk to the Xunlai Representative [Storage Upgrades] in Shing Jea Monastery or Kaineng Center."
