Changes: Xunlai Agent

Xunlai Agents are representatives of the Xunlai guild who allow players to open a storage account and gain access to the Vault Box.

Xunlai Agents are suffixed with "Storage" in-game and at least one of them can be found in all staging areas (i.e. town, outpost, etc.) of the game (with the exception of the Pre-Searing region of Guild Wars Prophecies and Chahbek Village in Nightfall), as well as any Guild Hall that has purchased the service from their Guild Lord.

Only those in Guild Wars Factions, randomly seen as players approach:

"Crafting Material Storage is now available. Talk to the Xunlai Representative [Storage Upgrades] in Shing Jea Monastery, Kaineng Center, Lion's Arch or Kamadan, Jewel of Istan."

Xunlai Agents are not found in the Pre-Searing areas of Prophecies.
Xunlai Agents are not found in the Chahbek Village (Mission) of Nightfall.
As of the April 4th, 2007 update, Xunlai Agents are not found in the Realm of Torment or The Desolation. Instead, they are replaced with Xunlai Chests. However, these chests' functionality remains the same.
